What are your Shipping Rates and other associated fees?

Shipping is calculated at check out. Shipping costs for handmade products are determined on the weight and the final destination of the product.

Enjoy free shipping on items that are not handmade. Handmade items are candles and wax melts. 

Standard Shipping: (2-30 business days) Please allow up to 3 days for processing before your order is shipped.                    

These prices and times vary during the Holiday and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Quoted delivery times DO NOT always apply to handmade items.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times start when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped for handmade items.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?  

Not at the moment

Where does LA Discovery Home Decor ship?

LA Discovery Home Decor currently ships to all 50 US states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. 

Having problems with tracking?

Sometimes it can take the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isnt working, please contact us at info@ladiscoveryshop.com and we will assist you in locating your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Handcrafted candles will be packaged and shipped separately from any home decor items and may arrive at different times. It you purchase hand-poured candles with home decor items, you will receive a separate tracking number for the hand-made goods.

What is your return policy?

LA Discovery Home Decor prides itself on providing quality products. Many of our products are custom and made to order. If the item that you have purchased is not what you expected, we will gladly exchange Non-Custom products for you once you have returned the product in its original condition to qualify for the exchange.

LA Discovery Home Decor will NOT be responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanged or returned items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives broken or damaged, LA Discovery Home Decor will happily send a replacement. Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@ladiscoveryshop.com within 3 days of delivery. You will receive a email notification when your replacement has been sent out.
