Where is my order?
Our goal is to meet the delivery date quoted at checkout. Please note the items delivery time frame listed in the product description. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for candles and wax melts as they are all hand made.
To check the status of a custom order, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org after 7-10 business days have passed.
Can I change or modify my order?
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes. As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you have any questions about your order please reach out to us!
What are your Shipping Rates and other associated fees?
Shipping rates for handmade products are calculated at check out and are determined by weight and distance. All other products are free to ship or shipping is included.
Standard Shipping: (2-7 business days)
Express shipping: (2-3 business days)
These prices and times vary during the Holiday. Quoted delivery times DO NOT always apply to handmade items.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times start when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped for Non-Custom Items.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?
Not at the moment
Where does LA Discovery ship?
LA Discovery Home Decor currently ships to all 50 US states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Having problems with tracking?
Sometimes it can take the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isnt working, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you in locating your order.
How will my order be shipped?
Handcrafted candles will be packaged and shipped separately from any home decor items and may arrive at different times. It you purchase hand-poured candles with home decor items, you will receive a separate tracking number for the hand-made goods.
What is your return policy?
LA Discovery Home Decor prides itself on providing quality products. Many of our products are custom and made to order. If the item that you have purchased is not what you expected, we will gladly exchange Non-Custom products for you once you have returned the product in its original condition to qualify for the exchange.
LA Discovery Home Decor will NOT be responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanged items.
Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. LA Discovery Candles + More will only cover shipping costs for broken or defective items. Reach out to our customer services team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to LA Discovery Candles + More's discretion.
Where is LA Discovery Home Decor Located?
LA Discovery Home Decor lives only online at this time. There is no physical location but does participate in several pop-up shops in the Los Angeles area.
Where are LA Discovery Home Decor's products manufactured or sourced?
All candles are hand-poured in small batches in a small facility in Hollywood, CA
All other products are sourced and manufactured ethically from all over the world, mostly in China.
